Tucson, Arizona, has a great climate with temperatures hovering over the mid-70s most of the year. This not only makes the city a wonderful place to live, but also for extra activities outdoors. To get there you drive along Speedway Boulevard, which winds on the road pass Gates. Sunsets here are particularly inspiring and the area is very popular with cyclists.

A visit to Tucson, can not be complete without a visit to Catalina State Park located about 12 miles north of Arizona Highway 77, also known as Oracle Road. The park also sees its share of visitors with digital cameras due to their views of the canyons and domes of the Catalina Mountains. The park is also home to exotic birds, snakes and lizards. In addition to the native fauna, the visitor can find the Hohokam village in Catalina State Park. This is symbolic because it has the reputation of the Hohokam Indian tribe to be the oldest in America and since then is extinct. Catherine Park is ideal for outdoor family picnics and camping.
