Rug Cushion

Sometimes a practicing yogi needs to do a few yoga poses in the most unlikely of places, at a bus stop on the train, even in its own cubicle at work. I know that happen to have a bunch of random "I have to do now suggesting the line" moments. In fact, it happens very often especially in my cubicle. Since we do not usually carry my yoga mat everywhere with me, I decided to invest in a simple cotton carpet for my workstation.
I knew that when I was looking for a carpet would have to be a little smaller in size because I have a lot of things going on here: my mobile office chair, a guest chair, my computer tower, the work. Fortunately I found a very satisfactory, cotton and dyed a beautiful turquoise calm. Luckily there were no fringes on the edges of the breast that have a small dog running around the office. The last thing we need is a dog choking on loose pieces of thread of my carpet!
Now I have this blanket in my cube, I have the freedom to work in a few warrior poses. Not to mention that the color turquoise, brings a little happy atmosphere in my cube. My coworkers have even taken note and mention that with the addition of the carpet in my cube looks much more attractive, leading to many visitors throughout the day.
Enough common, carpets are used during different yoga practices. Sometimes it is even recommended to bring a practical function as a blanket or pillow stuffing of any states that may require you to be on our knees, like camels or table. The next time you have a yoga class, go out and pick up a cotton yoga mat about 28 inches wide and 70 inches long in advance. Place on top of sticky yoga mat for extra cushioning, traction, and to absorb sweat or moisture, making it ideal for Bikram yoga or hot. And do not forget to choose a color or pattern that will take you to a quiet place during your yoga practice, either in a studio, bus stop or in the closet. Trust me, it will make a difference.
