How do I decorate my house using modern and classic combination?

I like to decorate my house using a combination of modern and classic design. I was thinking about using ferniture with antiques, Persian carpets, old lamps …. I like something really unique. Any idea how to make this nice combination?

To achieve this look you have to carefully choose each piece. Find similar lines or curves and colors that are harmonious. Modern furniture often ancient carefully wrought iron pieces well enough, or Art Deco-era articles. So if the sofa has a very square design to the same, keep the antiques they also have straight lines and less ornamentation. Try playing up the materials (wood, metal, etc more) so that than ornamentation – rarely makes sense to see carved motifs and patterns too close to a modern piece, whose beauty stems from its simplicity. This is a little annoyed by a mixture styles, so you might want to spend time looking through books and magazines for some ideas. Good luck.
