If running the tombs are not appeal friend, then you'd like to have ogres in Nagrand who drop Obsidian Warbeads and are highly prized by the Consortium, though why I have not clue. The hand of Gezhe accounts that it will provide additional Reputation once you have reached Friendly status.

The Consortium is one of the factions and many assets of Outland. Joining the fight against the Burning Legion into the world of home Horde will find many more.
