A new, modern POS solution in the locker of a castle in Denmark has led to a higher level of efficiency, more visitors and a better customer experience. Foreign currencies
The new system is extremely flexible and allows visitors to pay in many ways European currency, including Euros, U.S. dollars, and the Swedish and Norwegian krone. A staff member at the box office, simply enter the monetary amount received from visitors, along with information on the currency, and pays the client back in Danish currency.

Questionnaires
To maintain the high level of quality and customer satisfaction questionnaires have been developed and are regularly handed out to guests. In a busy day, the questionnaires could be easily forgotten with the old system and staff there were so many other things to think about, but with the modern POS system, a solution to this problem has also been found. For each client 15, a notice appears on monitors at the box office, recalling that the user provides the next customer a questionnaire.

Hardware
On the hardware side, the new solution consists of a screen touchscreen, card reader and PC outlets that are packaged in black design, minimalist and elegant which fits well in the rest of the interior and takes up minimal space.

The receipt printer has several features that make it ideal for a job like this. It is incredibly fast, reliable and resilient, and is one of the best in the market when the bar codes must be generated.
