Older Sister borrowed $26,000 from parents and 9mo later still hasn’t paid one dime?

Dad didn’t know she already got money from mom so he lent money. My parents are in their 80s. Sis lost her job over yr ago, stocks dropped, didn’t have 140K, lived extravagantly. Got bankruptcy to save home. Never liquidated “so-called assets…. like plasma tv, turkish rugs, high priced leather sofas), yet still has hair/nails done every few weeks. Lil sis put together loan agreement to attach with copies receipt of monies loaned. Older sis won’t contact parents to finishing signing. Parents depressed and now worry about paying property taxes, bills and food. Money taken from Life Insurance. I’ll do what I can but I want Older sis to pay back money. Any legal help for parents?

sounds like your parents need to contact an attorney…… Not really anything you can do unless you have their power of attorney……
