Natural Sunscreen?

Every time I'm in the sun for a prolonged period of time to get sun burned. Because of this I have to apply sunscreen at least once a day. Are any of the parties in the long term effects of traditional sunscreen? Would it be better to go natural? if so, what are some of the highest quality brands (high SPF, not too fat, etc. Thank you)? to consider this and any answers to give! Burgundy

I always think it is better to go natural. Simply go to a health food store and check out your sunscreen – if you can pronounce all the ingredients, you are on the right track!
